CBSE 12th Result 2017: Grading System

The grades are conferred for the CBSE 12th exam in the following pattern. The students who achieve a mark range of 91 to 100 will drop under the A1 class with a GPA of 10. Following the A1 grade, A2 is bestowed to the students who score in the range of 81 to 90 marks. B1 and B2 grades are given for the score range 71 to 80 and 61 to 70 respectively. Subsequently, we have the grades up to D grade. For passing the 12th board examination, the candidates must score a minimum of 33 marks. The students who secure the grades E1 and E2 are considered not qualified in the assessment.
